RSI/FM can include information about each staff member -- Name, Phone, Title, Job Function, Standards Group Assignment, Building, Floor, Room Assignment, current activities, emergency information, etc. As people are moved from one office to another, the database tracks their location allowing for quick what-if scenario publishing for review and approvals. All individuals that are a part of the planning team can participate in quick electronic decision making, eliminating enormous amounts of coordinating and communication time. Staff databases can be updated over the Internet. Drawings and reports are instantly republished on the Internet in vector format.
