Resource Studios, Inc. announced an agreement with CADeshack for marketing, implementation and management of RSI software products. Cadishack will present RSI/FM to their network of clients who have expressed a need for Web-based Computer Aided Facility Management.

Resource Studios has released RSI/FM 4.0. The Space and Staff Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) modules use the latest technology for vector Internet graphics, Scalable Vector Graphics commonly known as SVG. In addition, RSI has upgraded the online databases to SQL so Clients can interact directly with vector graphics, organizational and personnel data by adding, changing or deleting information (departments, personnel, vacancies, etc.) interactively. Previous versions offered a one day turnaround to reconcile drawings with the data updated over the web during the previous workday. This new upgrade allows immediate and dynamic, drawing and report updates as information is revised.

March 2002
Project-X Resource Studios, Inc. announced a major agreement with a multimillion square foot, multibillion dollar international corporation to provide RSI/FM full implementation. The initial work will be for a large campus in Houston.

August 29, 2000
Today, Resource Studios, Inc. (RSI) signed a contract with ExxonMobil for Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) services. Bill Livingston, President of RSI, negotiated the agreement to provide CAFM Programming services that including a prototype of RSI/FM. The deliverable is a report of ExxonMobil’s needs, prototype examples, drawings, and databases. Livingston said this is the first step of a major cost saving inititive for ExxonMobil and we are immensely pleased they have chosen us over our competitors. Unlike other CAFM software, RSI/FM is unique because the information (drawings and reports) can be published on the Internet and intranet and freely distributed to anyone with the need to know - thus eliminating the need for a software license at each desk.

Today, Bill Livingston, President of Resource Studios, Inc. made it official that the company will adopt many of the Adobe Software applications into their “CAFM system, RSI/FM”.

December 1999
On the request of multiple Clients, Resource Studios, Inc. (RSI) has added a new module to their growing list of modules of their Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) application, RSI/FM.
RSI/FM Move Manager gives the client the ability to save time on "what-if" scenarios. RSI simplifies moves by using a drag and drop type computer application instead of conventional paper drawings. It gives one person the ability to put together several scenarios in one day. Usually it can take several people several days in a big organization just to do one scenario. The application is called RSI/FM v. 2.6 and is an Adobe Acrobat file format. Azurix North America will be one of the first large corporations to implement the CAFM application.

Web-based RSI/FM. Today, RSI announced the completion of a year long effort to transform their Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) software applications from a static CDROM delivery system to a totally Internet based system.

“Now our clients can access all of their drawings and database reports directly from their web browser,” said Bill Livingston, President of Resource Studios, Inc. “Drawings are full vector quality images that can be downloaded, searched, attached to email with comments (by multiple parties directly on each drawing), cropped, rotated, add furniture, human icons, other symbols and many other features.” The new application is the first Web-based CAFM system and will be called RSI/FM v. 2.5. The application is delivered to the Internet and to the Client in an Adobe Acrobat interactive file.

March 1996
Saint Lukes Episcopal Hospital, CAFM Expansion -Resource Studios, Inc. expanded the Saint Lukes' Episocpal Hospital CAFM application to include Space, Staff, and Fire Protection modules. The CAFM application will be delivered in an interactive PDF self contained application that can be distributed on CDROM and over the Client's new Intranet. Once completed the name of this application will be RSI/FM v. 2.0.

November 1995
Saint Lukes Episcopal Hospital, The Medical Center, Houston - Resource Studios, Inc. signed an agreement to provide a CAFM system for St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital. The system will be called RSI/FM v. 1.0.0 and will be delivered via CDROM with periodic updates as required to keep the system current. The project size is approximately 1.4 million square feet. The initial module will be Medical Gases (MedGas) and will require a complete facility survey of all valves, outlets, and alarms. Each system will be located on the facility drawings and a detailed database will provide standard reports.

August 1994
Saint Lukes Episcopal Hospital, The Medical Center, Houston, Texas - Resource Studios, Inc. was invited to participate in a Contract with the Texas Department of Transportation to survey each building and create a CAFM system of their facilities, assets, and maintenance. The CAFM system was to be delivered 3rd quarter, 1995. The project size was approximately 5,000,000 sq. ft.

August 1994
The Equity Center, Austin, Texas - Resource Studios announced an agreement with the Equity Center to provide an a vector map of the state of Texas with school districts, counties, Education Service Centers, and House and Senate districts. The map will be multilayered with data attached to each region. Standard reports and views will be established for school districts to graphically display the school and other data in one image. The application is called Texas Database Map.

July 1994
Sonat Exploration contracted with Resource Studios to provide a CAFM system for their 10 floors of space in Greenway Plaza. Delivery of the project will be within one month from the receipt of all drawings and data. In addition to Space and Staff, Sonat desires to track their movable wall panel system. Each panel will be inventoried and a catalog of parts with detailed inventory will be provided.

November 1993
Society Bank Corporation purchased their first Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system from a new company, to be known as Resource Studios. Bill Livingston, a Texas Architect spent the previous 5 years leading a large team of Architects, Engineers, Consultants, and Contractors designing and building the bank's new headquarters building in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. Bill's unique management style involved leading edge computer and networking technologies. The bank saw capabilities of Bill's CAFM research and contracted with him for the new project. Dave Edmonds, the facility director for Society Bank requested more than just a roll of as-built paper drawings for the ongoing management of their facility. Delivery of the 600,000 sf CAFM project was expected in February, 1994.
