It is a fact that after a major disaster, most companies do not return to continue business as before. The idea, "it won't happen to me" was a risk the owners were willing to take.

We designed the concept to work with those who want to build a plan of recovery and the main part of the plan was to have information (Floor Plan showing business unit structures, employees, space standards, equipment and furniture standards, and budgets to rebuild) that could be quickly retreaved and a plan that was funded and ready to be implemented in case of a disaster within the facilities where they were housed.
