Floor Plan Drawings display real time conditions and can act as a map to each person and asset in your organization. If a temporary employee is working today his record is moved to his assigned workplace by the receptionist in less than 5 seconds. Move your cursor over the workplace and his information pops up - including his photo ID. Employee directories, space and staff reports are also updated in real time. In addition, vacancy drawings are automatically revised, business unit sizes are revised and drawings of each of three levels of organizational structure are all instantly upated.
