Moves

Adds and Moves start with a new employee or someone wanting to move employees. With RSIFM, he downloads and completes a SAAM form that describes the scope of work and clicks "Submit for Approval". The form automatically attaches itself to an email addressed to facility decision makers for review, modifications, and and approval. Once approved the "Approved" button is clicked and the modified approved form goes to the individuals and departmens for execution of the project.

Once the move is complete, the online database is updated so that all drawings, reports, dashboard graphics, employee directory are available for web viewing by anyone with access.
