Plan future moves and space layouts. Download, change and distribute plans for review and approval.

Use the furniture and space icons developed for your standards library, quickly place on the background of a current floor plan. Make adjustments according to the needs collected from your staff / space projection forms. Move entire departments as necessary to minimize new construction and optimize future space needs. Follow your stacking plans approve for future business unit relationships. Once plans are approved, email to your Architect for additional refinement and the preparation of move and construction documentation. By doing the preliminary space plans, you are potentially saving space programming, schematic design and a portion of the design development fees or about 25% of the total consulting fee.

I f the move is only a box move (employees moving from current workplaces to locations), use the built in "Move Scenario" forms. Once the form is complete download the new employee drawings and reports for a graphic of the relocated employees and business units.
