VProject accounting begins with a project budget. As the project continues through time and becomes more defined, the budget is also further defined to the point that contingencies are reduced and the budget become actual cost. Tracking the cost at each expence point is important so adjustments can be made to assure the projects stays within the original budget. The Projects application provides the forms and accounting structure required for successful projects.
