Standards

Standards establish and document senior management approved space, furniture, and equipment standard.
Space standards identify the amount of allowable space that can be dedicated to each business unit function or employee. Fewer choices allow for a universal floor standard where most business units can fit with minimum cost of reconfiguration. Once standards are establsined, Space Planners can do a more efficient job of space planning and each business unit can project total space needs with real time cost feedback.
