Leases

Leases are your agreements for the space you occupy and the Lease Update form allows you to enter the information once and use portions of the data throughout the life of the lease. Cost infromation is distributed to each business unit in reports. Size information is distributed to each business unit and each individual space and reported in RSIFM standard reports for chargeback accounting prorating your facility cost to each level of organization.
