Minor Moves

This form is used in 99% of all RSIFM update moves. Once a physical move is confirmed, this form or its counterpart on the iPhone or iPad is used to update the database. All that is required is to change the "Space No." field to the new location and click "Update" The power of this form also updates space ownership by checking "Set CBD of the destination Space to this CBD" -- the employee's business unit. Checking "Set CBD of origin Space to 0000-0000-0000" sets the vacated workplace to vacant (assignable unassigned), available to other business units to utilize and prorating the space and costs to all business units on this floor. Individual moves can take less than 15 seconds to complete. All related drawings, graphics, colors, directories, people finder, and reports are instantly updated and published for all users.
