NEEDS ANALYSIS

RSI provides a service to define, prioritize, and establishes the cost benefits of adding a Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system. The process includes interviews with key personnel within the Facilities, Assets, and Human Resource departments. Once all information is collect, RSI provides a bound report of the findings with specific recommendations and projected operational savings.
